Introduction to the course:


The course offers a holistic professional development of educators into STE(A)M education tutors, designers and orchestrators. In this regard, they shall develop competences in the following areas:

The course is addressed to

The learners must hold a Bachelor's degree (EQF 6 or higher) or be in the last year of their studies. Any working experience in the educational sector will be helpful but is not compulsory.


What will you achieve?


The course addresses the needs of the educators and managers/directors at all levels of education to understand, adapt, apply and create modern STE(A)M educational procedures and practices so that to enhance the effectiveness and acceptance of short and long term educational processes. The main learning goals can be summarized in the following:

  1. Understand and use STE(A)M education approach.
  2. Develop STE(A)M activity, course and design competences.
  3. Develop digital educational content creation competences
  1. Develop procedure and resource management competences.
  2. Develop community building and interaction skills.
  3. Develop lifelong learning skills.
